Professional Experience

Sean practices in real estate, commercial finance, and business law. Sean represents clients in various business matters, including the purchase and sale of real estate, business acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, loan documentation review, intellectual property protections, and other general business and civil matters.

Before he joined Lichtsinn & Haensel, Sean attended Marquette University Law School and focused on transactional and corporate law. Alongside his studies, Sean worked as a Student Associate in the Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he gained valuable experience by counseling clients on transactional matters and providing pro bono legal services.

Sean believes that communicating effectively and understanding his clients’ business plans allows him to assist in reaching their goals and developing long-term trust. Sean is excited to serve clients in any business matter that arises.
