Cindy Mack has focused her 30-year practice on litigation and employment matters. As a litigator, she is a relentless advocate for her clients in court, utilizing her significant trial experience and commitment to preparation to provide her clients exceptional representation. She has successfully represented clients in a variety of disputes including shareholder, partner and member disagreements, estate and trust litigation, business and contract disputes, lease disputes and accident claims. Cindy always seeks practical and creative solutions along the way, striving to meet her client’s goals before a trial becomes necessary. With respect to employment matters, Cindy provides regular guidance to her clients which helps them navigate the significant and ever-changing federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern the employment relationship. If needed, she represents clients with respect to claims that need to be brought or defended under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
